OUR STORY
Lauren and Dusty met each other in the restaurant industry (well) over a decade ago. Both having passion for the food culture, they also found passion for each other and got married in 2013. Both finding food industry jobs outside the restaurant realm, they couldn't help but hold on to that passion of creating and serving food that they both love and turned it into Gold Leaf Catering. Dusty's family comes from a line of tobacco farmers from the area in which they live now. The term "Gold Leaf" is an homage to those tobacco farmers who paved the way of the land with sacrifice and hard work to accomplish all that was needed to provide.
